I wish I knew the brand, but I have tried zillions of harnesses and one I found at Wallmart for $10.00 was great, it is heavy duty cloth, like a mini vest, dog's front legs step in and then the neck has a wide buckle that snaps easily in the back, on each sid there is a ring, the leash clips on to both rings. Then lower down the back is a wider area that has velcro on the top of the back, extremely secure. I have several all velcro harnesses that snap underneath the body and eventually they seem to weaken, hair gets trapped in it, and your run the risk if you have a dog that likes to chase things or if you need to lift them up suddenly that the velcro comes undone.
