I agree with the others! 11 weeks is far to young to expect her to be potty-trained. You just got lucky before.

As far as potty-training, continue what you are doing: praise and reward for getting it right. Do not punish (not even yelling) when she gets it wrong. If you catch her in the act, say no, and whisk her to her potty pads to finish. When she does - treat! It will take a while but she WILL get it eventually if you are consistent (and watch her like a hawk!).

I agree with Gina that hiding or cowering doesn't imply guilt. It means that they fear punishment. If you didn't catch them in the act, there isn't anything that you can do about it.

I'd definitely keep the puppy contained until she is fully housebroken. If you think it's possible that Homer is being destructive, then I'd contain him, too!
