Default Can I make homemade beef stock? HELP :p

So I'm making stew, and I've never considered using the juices afterwards, and I'm wondering if I can use the left over crockpot juices for anything.

In my crockpot I have:
stew meat
carrots
potatoes
onions
oregano
butter (lots)
water

The meat will have been in for about 6-7 hours and the veggies 5-6 when its finished.

Can I use the juices? If so what do I do with them?

This was brought on by the bf, complaining we didn't have chicken or beef stock. I told him I refused to buy store bought stuff cause it's too salty and not healty. Well we never make whole chickens so I never thought of making homemade stock.

Anyways, hope someone has an answer, I keep googling, and all the beef stock recipes call for bones.
