I doubt it. You live in New England. We are all dry and itchy. Try the oatmeal concoction I suggested. Or, just buy the Epi-sooth shampoo (I don't like the conditioner). It seems counterintuitive but the best thing for dry skin is warm baths to sooth the skin and hydrate it.
