I have not used Petsilk but have used Episooth by Virbac which is sold by vets. You also could make your own collodial oatmeal bath for him. Just put a cup of quaker oats in a blender, grind them up and mix with water in the sink and let him soak in it for 10 mins.
ETA: after the soak, rinse well with warm water
