Ok..now don't jump on me guys..here is what was recommended to me..it worked like a charm.

Get a brown paper grocery bag. Cut out two triangle shapes, the same size as the ears.Shape the pieces the way you want the ears to be shaped.. Take elmers glue and use little dots of glue on the outside portions of the triangles and one dot in the middle. I placed this on the hair side, not inside of the ear. There was no irritation or issue. After about a week- 10 days,the ears were perfectly straight up. No kidding! If they fell, I just redid the application.

I read it in a yorkie book..showed with pictures..but I have to remember what Yorkie book if mine I got that from
