I lost 2 pounds. I was really good this week. Then today I went to my neices baby shower (she is having twins next month) and they had a chocolate fountain! Well, at least there was fruit under the chocolate! Actually, I only covered a couple of pieces, the rest I ate naked. The fruit, not me! I'm at least thinking about what I eat. I can't say that every choice I make is the right one, but I guess any good choice I make is a good thing! |
