I agree, in that a dog with issues does not make a good pet for a senior. I have a Shih Tzu that I adopted after fostering him for several months at witch time it was discovered that he has many issues stemming from his past witch made him an emotional mess. During adoption days nearly every senior in the market for a little dog stopped to inquire about him & each one of them agreed that he would be too much for them too handle. I believe that some issues can be solved in a senior home , however aggression would not be one of them in my opinion. I would be especially concerned if this senior adopted this pup & wanted or needed to spend time at her daughters home. What would happen between the daughters dog & the mothers dog ? |
