I wish people who wish to breed their pups who have no experience and no money would have to see such events occurring. Sort of like the kids in school who have the dolls to carry around to try and make them think about parenting and the responsibilities. |
Oh my I shuddered when I read your first paragraph. I think I might have strangled her, then brought the bitch in for a C section. Who the hell doesn't know to remove the puppy, break the sac, clear the airway. I would have called Animal Control on her! Serve her right!.
