Please do not get your puppy until 12 weeks. I would be worried about how great the breeder was if she is not keeping the puppies until 12 weeks because reputable breeders know they should be with there mom until 12 weeks. Also you need to make sure that the parents were health checked. I really also think that sense you have 5 kids it would be better to go with a larger yorkie that is slightly less fragile.
