Outdoor only!! Pottying inside grosses me out but understand many must use this method! Sncikers came from a dump and it took a long time to get him to potty outside but he did it and now will only go outside. Reesie came to me pad trained and I quickly switched him over, if he has to go and can't hold it if we are not home, he will go on the washable pads I bought from T Bumpkins. Otherwise, only outside. We go out about every 3-5 hours in all types of weather.
