Hehe. That's the thing - I'm NOT watching what I eat because I love eating junk like pizza without feeling guilty about chowing down. I'm just increasing my activity level by 3 or 4 times than what I was doing before
Then again, not to be an "ageist", but I'm 22 years old and I probably lose weight more quickly and easily than someone twice or three times my age - just ask my mom

Now if only my dog would go for a walk with me
