I have the same problem with Uni. Sometime she likes to go on concrete, and I tell her to "scoot it", so the hair won't get soaked in pee, but sometimes it still does. We do a sanitary trim also, but this is still a problem. If she goes in grass, it's not so bad. It still does bother me though.
