Well, you could try telling her you had a DNA test done on the pup and that you can prove she is not purebred. It may by scare her enough to give you some of the money back. Threaten to report her to the authorities or take her to court. I don't know if you have a small claims court there but there must be someone that can get you some kind of justice from this horrid person. If she continues to get away with this type of fraud and theft she will continue to raise more mixed breed puppies and sell them to others.
