My guess is that the puppy was very affordable and was advertised as a cheap purebred. Probably 50% cheaper than others he found and that's why he went with this person. This is how these crooks work. Feeding off of people that may not be able to afford a yorkie at cost. They advertise them, sell them and you come to find out that it really isn't full bred.
Like someone else said, you may want to get back some of your cash, paying what you think is owed for the dog and getting the rest back if you don't want to lose your puppy in the process.
Tell her it's only fair and there is no way this dog is a yorkie.
My only concern with all this is that your BF payed more than 100 bucks for this sweet little baby and you may lose it if you fight her on it.
Threaten and give her an ultimatum. Money back minus 100 bucks or you bring her butt to small claims court. If you win, you get your money back for court costs.
The DNA test probably cost about 55 bucks if you buy it online and that will give you SOLID proof. If you want to keep the puppy I recommend you tell the judge you are willing to pay her some money for it.
