They are all natural, and they don't come apart. They have this material that is like dental floss running through them, and they do not tear. I would not give one to her and let her run away with it, she just enjoys chewing on them while I am wiping her teeth.
They aren't very expensive, I think they were about $5 for a box. I bet you would like them! Here's a link for them on Petco's site.
