Are you giving him karo syrup or nutrilcal? You might want to make sure he is eating and drinking enough, he might be dehydrated you can check by looking at his gums(they should be pink) if they are greyish this is a bad sign, also you can pull on the skin on the back of his neck, if is bounces right back its good, if it stays its bad.
I definately agree you should take him to the vet asap, these little ones can go downhill very fast and it is not normal for a puppy to just want to sleep all day!
