I had to hand-feed Gracie for the first few days, but after that she was fine. Once Bella gets more comfortable in her new home, she'll be fine. We also used a crate for nighttime - we used a little one and put in on a chair next to the bed so she could see me. After about a week or so, we moved her across the room then later into a bigger crate so she had more moving-around room, and she was fine. When would I get up myself to go to the bathroom in the early morning, she just poked here nose up to the edge of the crate and waited quietly until I got her out to go potty. Didn't take very long for her to get used to the routine. Good luck
