toby couldnt care less...... he normally snuggles with me in bed anyways, but if there is a storm he really doesnt care.... i think part of it is that we live in an apartment complex (above the garages with automatic door openers... which is nice because we dont have neighbors downstairs but bad because we have the sound of cars playing loud music the doors opening ect...) and we used to have a group of people that would use fireworks ALL THE TIME when toby was a puppy, so he is used to noise and accustomed to loud stuff
