No. Neither of my yorkies have been. I used to have a chihuahua a long time ago that would rub the top of her nose raw on the carpet in an attempt to dig a hole in it to hide. It was so sad. You couldn't hold her for anything. If it was sprinkling outside, she knew it. She'd go to the door and put her little nose up to the crack and she could smell the rain, even though she couldn't hear anything. She was never scared until she was outside when a sudden thunderstorm with super loud thunder came up. After that storm, she was always scared of them.
