It sounds like she's growing up! I wouldn't worry about her swallowing baby teeth... it happens all the time. I never actually found any of Couver or Khloe's baby teeth and they survived to talk about it
As for the brown spots, I have no advice... She could just have freckles?
It seems like a lot of people get really busy during this time but are able to come back after the holidays full throttle. Hope you have a Merry Christmas, and I'm sure KS will do great on her first long road trip! Mine will be travelling with us (6 hours) and love it. Can't wait to see pictures of your beautiful girl
