Oh you poor dear thing !!! I am so glad to hear everything went well and Kiwi is okay. Such tiny dogs are risky for any surgery, but especially when they are so small. My Yorkie-Poo back in the '70's was considered a bad candidate for anesthesia and he was maybe 7 years old and about 6-7 pounds, so 2 1/2 pounds would have worried me half to death. You must be pretty brave and strong yourself...not to mention patient !

It is a shame that Tika was put through two (2) pregnancies and lost litters following the C-sections, but I am certain that she is better placed now that she has such a loving new home where she can enjoy her new life.
