Me again - is it possible that he has always had this little red spot. Could it be a birthmark?
If he continues to have only the one spot and it stays the same -- maybe it's just a pigmentation problem. My daughter has a small red area on her inner arm that has been there all her life. As she has gotten older, it has become smaller and a little lighter in color --but it is still there!
I just don't want you to spend too much time worrying about this one spot.
Again - just watch your pups stomach for a while - and if more spots occur, take her to the vet. Even then, it may well be nothing serious.
I looked at my little guy Yorkies belly. He has some dark spots - I'm sure I have noticed these before. And, I'm sure they are harmless and will be there forever. He is extremely healthy and has been to the vet several times and these have never been mentioned.
