I've seen a video recently of a Yorkie "shedding" on youtube...I can't find it now but if anyone else does please post it.
What came to mind for me was WOW that Yorkie has never been brushed before in it's life!
Non-shedding dogs loose hair at the same rate as people do-a few stands die and fall out over time-however just like people if you don't brush then when you shampoo or do brush you seem like you are loosing a lot of hair...
I'd be more concerned about this after a few days of regular brushing and grooming and noticing the condition of the skin. |
