I agree with the posts above. I am not a breeder, but I do know that breeding is very risky to the mother and the puppies, especially if she is under 5 lbs. I suggest that you take livingdustmops advice and do a search. Show your sister all that goes into breeding and make sure she knows about all of the expenses and risks.
