Omg Why are bigger dogs trying to hurt my Yorkie?

My problem is that when i take my two Yorkie's Ruby (1 year old) and Bella (5 months old) to the dog park bigger dogs are completely fine with Ruby but always try to hurt Bella
Bella is very girlie and doesn't really like to go for walks while Ruby loves her walks.
Well on warm days i bring Bella along on our walks and all the bigger dogs always come over straight to Bella and poke her with their nose and then try to put their foot on her back and squish her into the ground but they leave Ruby completely alone and even try to play with Ruby!? It scares me to death so i always pick Bella up or just leave her at home.
Ruby is around 5 lbs and Bella is around 3lbs so there isn't very much size difference between my two girls, so why do bigger dogs always go after Bella and try to hurt her?
Bella is pretty quiet and very friendly but now she's really scared of dog's who aren't Yorkie's or her size.
Boy dogs will even try to mount her and that is just getting too dangerous for her due to her size and age so i have been leaving Bella at home or bringing her in her bag (which she loves), But they don't try to mount Ruby and are completely fine with her
Any suggestions would be great?
