I don't get why is so difficult to you to understand unless you are not reading the posts. They
DON'T have laws against animal abusers in Brazil if you do something bad against a animal, you just buy groceries for a charity for an amount of months and that is it! This is the reason why this video became viral throughout the world, everybody wants to press the Brazilian government to CHANGE the law!!!!!!!
