FOR CLAUDIA!!!!!!

Hi, my name is Gina and as a journalist/writer am researching teacup puppy brokers, but we're taking it a little further than just research, we is Let's Adopt! Global, an international internet community of animal rescue workers, advocates for animal welfare and such.
I have posted a couple of times in here and every time I'm looking into a broker or breeder, I end up in here because they're discussed or talked about

which often provides either new information or a new angle to explore.
We also work with
Deborah Howard from C.A.P.S.
From various sources, I have learned there is no teacup "breed".
So it can't be an AKC Teacup breed either!
If you check the Pedigree page of that breeder, there isn't any relevant info. This is exactly the thing C.A.P.S. and other concerned animal friends worry about. Uneducated an unexperienced customers go shopping for a companion animal and have no idea what they are doing.
This forum had many knowledgeable people in it who can tell whether a breeder is a breeder, or a broker.
I noticed, Claudia, you buy on impulse because you want one for Christmas..... we're complete strangers, but this is precisely how you should NOT buy a pet, because you're going to buy a living being who will

Before you buy a dog, do some thorough research first, you're not buying a dress, or a tv set, or a new bicycle.. you're buying a LIVING BEING, not a living doll either ...
They have more websites.
Personally, if you're a breeder in it to preserve and enhance the breed, why is it necessary to have so many websites???
If you're a reputable breeder, people will find you if you have only 1.
Anyway, it's up to you, Claudia, I am a newbie in this forum, but by now an experienced researcher into these matters...
You can maybe keep us posted, you can send me an email at

Good luck with finding a Yorkie...
But please wait some and ask the more experienced Yorkie people in here?
They know all or a lot about the breed and whether you're buying a healthy pup for a normal price.
And also, please educate yourself properly about everything there is to learn when becoming a pet owner...
