Some very major and some very minor things can make Yorkies limp. It might just be a torn toenail, something in the paw pad, muscle strain, etc. Every limping Yorkie also has to be assessed for the more major problems sometimes seen (luxating patella, legg calve perthes, torn CCL). Good news is it's generally all fixable.
