My friend has a german shepard beagle mix. Sweetest dog ever! From the SPCA here in my town. Her dog is outside almost all day, not in cold... but is SO well behaved. Great gaurd dog, comes when called BUT has the worst barking. She won't bark bad until she sees a dog. She has the german shep. tail, body but in beagle size and a beagle face. When she sees a dog, there is no going back. She pulls, she barks, she yelps. Gets overly excited. They have took her to trainers, no luck. Now since the owners haven't really done "come" in a while, she has totally lost it. And this was the hardest dog to train... EVER. I helped train since Bailey has the best to train. She caught on easy, and now knows so many tricks. This dog knows sit, stay, come, and down... OH and paw. Thats it. |
