That’s my problem I don’t think I react very well. When I do find pee on the floor it is always to late, so I cant do much to him. He does see me cleaning in up and I know he knows. Peanut gets all the attention in the world, I am not sure why he would want more..
What is a good “time out” place? I have his pack n play, he goes in that in the day when I am gone at work, he also has his crate that he sleeps in, he loves both of those so I don’t want to put him in there for time out- then he might not like them as much…

I would not use his crate or his pack-n-play for timeout. Maybe put him in a bathroom and close the door (with lights on of course). I would just use the white vinegar on the peepee. It will clean AND nutralize the odor PLUS leave an acid scent behind which you can substitute as your pee. What you are telling Peanut is that it is your cabinet, not his.
