Right off the top of my head I always recommend having the Nutrical on hand for low blood sugar problems (a HUGE CONCERN for Yorkies!), always use a harness instead of a collar for
walks to avoid collapsing trachea, make sure you are careful of what you feed as some human foods are poisonous to dogs. Just read and read and read...there is lots to know! |
I always have Nutrical around. They even make one formulated for puppys. It is a must for our house. Annie is 7 months now and hasn't hit 4 pounds yet so we really try and watch her. Some days when she is extra sleepy or shaking we give her a pea sized amount and she perks right up. Congrats. on your new baby!!!
