The injection was for the major gum infection the neglect had caused; as far as i understand, it had to be injected downwards in the gum- right beside the jaw. Yet when I collected him that evening after everything that had been done, he still kissed the vet nurse who handed him back to me! |
Ziggy's always been on dry food and his aren't that bad so hopefully he won't need the injection. They will be giving an antibiotic thank goodness.
How funny that the age is about the same!
