I stand by what I said:
"I understand your concern but when you have been on here as long as us you will also get tired of trying to talk new owners out of breeding. You can't imagine the expense and heartbreak this owner is in for."
I was a newbie myself when I came here for help. I brought a little seven week old yorkie home. The next day she was sick and that night she nearly died. I was kindly told that she was too young to leave her mother and to return her. It wasn't an option at the time. I was then given strick instructions to take her to an emergency clinic. I did and they saved her life - BECAUSE I LISTENED TO THE ADVICE I WAS GIVEN. For the next two weeks I was on here every day giving progress reports and feeding tips to help my little Adie grow strong and beat her illness. I became a loyal member of this board and became friends with these "Rude" people you criticize.
When kind words and treatment fail to get through the only recourse is stern advice. I guess we will just have to agree to disagree. And NOBODY called the OP a horrible person. |
"Horrible" wasn't a quote, it was my impression of how she must have felt reading all of the replies. And I'm sure your right, if I read this type of post over and over again, I'm sure it would get frustrating. I can see how it can be very upsetting.
