With thrombocytopenia, my dog's blood had became so thin (not clotting) that she was literally bleeding under her skin. And it was mainly noticeable on her stomach area (especially since there is no hair in that area). This condition worsens and can causes stomach, rectal, ear, mouth, and bleeding everywhere. Rather than scare you - I can tell you that my dog was given a lot of different medicines and eventually was completely well again.

One poster just mentioned ringworm. I'm not sure exactly how that presents.
Just keep an eye on your dog. If she develops additional spots, take her to the vet, and she still probably does not have the condition that my dog had. She could have any number of problems - and many that might not be serious at all.
