Magic's ears went up around 12 weeks as well...we shaved off the tips of the ears and this really helped. Hers have never gone back done.
Sailor's ears have never really went up...at least not both of them!! Her one ear went up around 4 months and then back down and now it is up for good, her other one has never gone up!!
