That's really up to you. You should do what you are most comfortable with. If it looks worse, is causing more of an issue than before the antibiotics were prescribed, or your pup is in pain, then an immediate vet check would be indicated. If there is just a little bit of scooting, it probably isn't a big deal. Lots of dogs scoot after they get their anals expressed.
How is is looking back there?
It has only been three days - not long enough to really know if they are not going to work.
