The hair in their ears can cause a few issues. The idea is that it keeps crap out, however, if there is too much hair- it can keep bad crap in. Also, it can keep the ear moist which can cause an ear infection.
Plucking, while it seems like it might hurt, doensn't. Layla hardly flinches. Cutting is ok for a while, however, your dog will eventually get a build up of hair deeper in their ear. |
Thank you again for the quick feedback. Im not big on dogs doing tricks anymore like when I was a kid but if there's one thing I would love benny to do is to like down peacefully like Layla..while getting her feet trimmed!
