Personally, I would have told the new owner "tough luck". | i was just stating on here what i was told by ckc regulations and from what i read on their website and the info i have from them when i got my other dog. they state as breeder/owner that they are to transfer any paperwork to new owner and they register new puppy litters for free. i dont understand....everyone is biting my head off. |
