How many dogs do you have now, and are any of them spayed or neutered? The best for them is to have them altered. Not only will it cut back the chances of them getting certain cancers, it will 100% keep your female from pyometria, which can be a deadly condition.

About your registration questions, if they are no AKC, there is absolutely NO reason to pay the money to have them registered. The papers you get will be worthless. And if the puppies that will be sold are to people who only want papers, any papers, they don't know those aren't worth anything either, and no papers are needed. Heck, print some out of your own computer, they will have the same worth.
