Hi gang, just thought I would update tonight to kind of keep myself in positive mode and pick up some positive vibes from you guys. It really does help to come here and read thru post and talk about whats going on with our fur-kids. I have not gotten the money for my babies ticket yet but I am still hopeful. Have not begun to worry about it just yet because there is still time. I don't leave until the 21st. I did get a call from my singing groups lead member indicating that we may have some christmas carol performances coming up, (we have been singing at private engagements for the past 16+ yrs), so I am hopeful that something comes of that. In the meantime I continue to search for work and keep smiling.
Will post again as things change, and thanks so much for allowing me to vent here.
