My little man yorkie has had diarrhea for 3 days; it's very dark but no blood that I have seen. I have been giving him keopectate but it I feel has made him constipated. He's also very lethargic and he won't eat or drink very much.
What should I do?

Should I wait a couple more days or should I take him to the vet now?
