We bathe Oz using a product called Bounce, once a week. I believe it's the one that's for sensitive skin. When we first got Oz we tried an oatmeal shampoo but he really scratched a lot so we switched to Bounce and he's been great ever since. Smells great, too! We bought it at PetSmart.
