I don't understand why anyone would go through all this, and then just give away the puppies. Why don't you just buy them one from a reputable breeder who actually knows what they are doing? Better yet, rescue one from the shelter, or adopt a rescue.

I didnt know Chloe's story. That is sooooo sad. I'm so glad she's been rescued.
