| Garlic has always scared me but moderation is the key. I did read the article. Thanks. I tend to think its allergies because she scratches a bunch. She definitely does not have fleas so that can be ruled out. I will ask the vet next visit if the next food change doesn't help. Her eyes don't seem to bother her, I just don't want it to turn into a yeast infection. thank you so much for your help. It can be very frustrating. Quote:

I just think Simple Solutions can be beneficial in helping someone narrow down allergens. I mean you could feed chicken and rice, and gradually add things, but it’s not nutritionally balanced, and it might be hard to get your dog to start eating dog food again. Did you read the site I linked, Tear Staining: The Causes & Cures it has several other cause of tears. If you dog is a puppy, it could be just due to cutting his teeth. | |
