I don't understand why people want these animals except that it is a possession and they have control over it.
Your neighbors will probably finally tire of this dog when they cannot house train it or control it in any way. I hope you will be able to help it then.

Yes they are keeping the little on nside now. I am glad you were able to help the poor baby, and as for my neighbors we'll just have to see about them.
