Absolutely. If she is sounding congested, she needs to be seen. Just that the vet knew it is like KC, so that's probably why they didn't think it was urgent before. Now there is definitely reason to go in. Now, because there may be a secondary issue starting, pneumonia is always a concern. So best to get in and see if it's time for antibiotics.
