Thank-you! & You're right, maybe they didn't know any better, but it SEEMS like they are making an effort now.. So the dog might just get to stay with them. & Hopefully if they do keep "her" they will become very responsible and never mistreat "her" again. & yea I'll offer them the harnest.. maybe an act of kindness can win over their friendship and I can keep an even closer eye on the dog.
