I had that same playpen and ZoE figured out how to scale the walls before she was even 12 weeks old. I ended up taking it down and packing it away in the basement as I thought it was a hazard and was worried about her falling over the top of it. IMO, the design of it is flawed as the horizontal bars create a ladder effect for escape.
