I did a real quick google search for holiday jobs in Texas and a bunch came up. Not sure if you're in real rural area though, that would be tough but I bet UPS or FedEx is in the area?
I know it may sound bad but, I see a lot of people asking for money out in the streets. A friend of mine did this last year and scored almost 1500 bucks in 2 weeks! She was standing out in the city for 2 hours a day...crazy,. |
The whole "panhandling" thing annoys me. I have a guy on my corner begging for money acting like he is a bum- he isn't, he has a cell phone a bike and he lives in this mobile home park- It really bothers me he is asking for money, taking money away from people that work hard! Yes i know it is their choice to give him money, but he makes people think he really needs it. People like that take advantage of good people! I called and reported him and after a month he was gone! I do not stand for that! I haven't a clue why you would give that idea to a person.
